4L BBQ On 30th May 2007

Yo ppl,

We've been seriously under utilising this blog. Haha.. so guess we (i mean I) shall post here. As we know, we are having our BBQ next week. Not for any occassion, but just a simple get together sessions to foster our bonds. Lol.. sounds like total crap, but hey, in a way it is.

So ppl, let's enjoy ourselves then. Details as follows.

Venue: my house
Time: arrange with edna/kaili to buy food, should be around 4+ to 5, if come bbq, anytime after 6
Budget: should be no more than $15

I duno how many of you still visit this blog, but there, our post since duno when ages ago. lol..

Impromptu Gathering!!!

Ok, this is super impromptu so it would really reflect how closely-bonded we are as former defenders of the classroom with a sofa set. Ok craps, haha... just try to make it lah => Before ya all dive into the sweet misery of exam-hood... (I MISS SCHOOL!!!! I even miss exams...)

So let's have a get-together this Sun, 9 April since Zihui is flying off next Wed => Either Lunch or Dinner.

Bazaar Alert!

Hush Puppies is sponsoring the Salvation Army Bazaar this coming weekend, besides second hand items, you can get a great pair of hush puppies shoes for $20 ;)

Date: 7th/8th (Fri/Sat) April
Time: 10am-6pm
Venue: 350 Pasir Panjang Road (buses: 51, 143, 10 and others. near Haw Par Villa.)

The Haven Children's home is a part of the Salvation Army and it serves as a shelter for abandoned or abused children. it's not a boy's home - the children are not delinquents. they are just children whose parents, for various reasons like prison, depression or drugs, are temporarily unable to take care of them.
so come, and spread the news. it's all for charity.

Other ways to volunteer :
1. Donate any 2nd hand items (including household items-electronic/electrical, cd, gadgets, clothes, toys, etc) which they can re-sell to raise funds.

2. volunteer to cook food /drinks to sell on the day itself
or volunteer in sorting out the donations.
